- One application form to be completed and signed
- Two recent passport size photographs on plain white background. One photo must be signed on back.
- Business letterheaded paper from your company should be addressed to the Embassy and must include the following
- The nature of the trip.
- Duration of the trip.
- Written declaration that the company will take financial responsibility.

Please ensure that your passport is valid 6 months beyond your stay.
