Saudi Business Visa
Requirements for business visa.
- One application form completed in black ink. All sections of the form must be completed.
- Two recent passport size photographs.
- Business lettershould be from your company on headed paper. Addressed to the Embassy and must include the following
- The nature of the trip.
- Duration of the trip.
- Written declaration that the company will take financial responsibility.
- Authorization From The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.
- Invitation Letter: This letter is issued by the Saudi Chamber Of Commerce. The company you are visiting will need to fax the letter directly to the visa section and you must bring a copy or the original of this document.
- Copy of Registration documents from the inviting Saudi Company.
- Passport
Please ensure that your passport is valid 6 months beyond your stay. Must not contain Israeli stamps. Two facing blank pages are required. Invitation letter citing the applicant’s full name, purpose and duration of the trip. Must be on company headed paper.
Additional Information
The Consulate reserves the right to request further documentation upon receipt of an application.
Applicants who do not provide the number of entries authorised on their invitation will experience a delay in the lodging of their applications.
Women will need to supply additional authorisation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Requirements for Saudi family visit visa per person

All sections of the form must be completed. - 2 recent passport sized photographs.
- Authorisation: This is issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Passport
Please ensure that your passport is valid 6 months beyond your stay. It must not contain Israeli stamps. Two facing blank pages are required.

Requirements for Saudi work visa per person

- Authorisation: The Sponsor obtains this from the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Medical Report: Completed by a competent medical authority and legalized by the Foreign and Commonwealth office in the UK.
- Letter of Invitation from the Sponsor in Saudi Arabia.
- Copy of Employment Contract
- Copy of Academic Qualification Certificates
- CV
- Passport
